Freight Surcharge & Warranties

Updated FLAT rates

Freight surcharges in addition to existing Flat Freight charges will be applied as a separate line item based on the zones listed.

The freight surcharge amount is calculated on the total merchandise NET AMOUNT after discount & before taxes. Full containers shipped direct are FOB local warehouse, not subject to any freight costs.

  • Zone 1, Southwest Ontario, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, not including GTA
  • Zone 2, Halifax
  • Zone 3, Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatchewan
  • Zone 4, Edmonton, Calgary
  • Zone 5, Vancouver

  • GTA orders are to be quoted separately depending on the volume, site conditions and requirement of onsite installation.
  • Shipments to destinations outside the large cities, Vancouver Island and Newfoundland will be quoted.
  • Zone 1, Flat Rate: $220.00; NET AMOUNT + Surcharge: 2.5%
  • Zone 2, Flat Rate: $260.00; NET AMOUNT + Surcharge: 2.5%
  • Zone 3, Flat Rate: $280.00; NET AMOUNT + Surcharge: 4%
  • Zone 4, Flat Rate: $330.00; NET AMOUNT + Surcharge: 4%
  • Zone 5, Flat Rate: $395.00; NET AMOUNT + Surcharge: 4%
Please note that the increase freight costs do not cover the actual freight expenses we incur which remain largely subsidized.

COM Fee – $18 per yard. Minimum $200. No maximum.

WARRANTY STATEMENT:

The Customers complete satisfaction is OUR goal.

For High Traffic and Hospitality Projects (restaurants, food courts, hotels, etc.) all of our products are guaranteed for a period of TWO YEARS-(2) against structural defects, under normal high traffic commercial use by the original purchaser. All upholstered materials (except C.O.M. fabrics or leather) are guaranteed for TWO YEARS-(2) of normal commercial use. Tusch Seating International VALUES its partnerships with their dealers and clients and will support them on all projects. Our goal is to have our clients come back in the future and work with us again.

Outdoor Furniture WARRANTY

The Customers complete satisfaction is OUR goal.

For any Outdoor Project (Corporate, Institutional, High Traffic, Hospitality, etc), all of our products are guaranteed for a period of TWO YEARS-(2) against structural defects, under normal high traffic commercial use by the original purchaser. All upholstered materials (except C.O.M. fabrics or leather) are guaranteed for ONE YEAR-(1) of normal commercial use. Tusch Seating International VALUES its partnerships with their dealers and clients and will support them on all projects. Our goal is to have our clients come back in the future and work with us again.

Tusch Seating International - WARRANTY

The Customers complete satisfaction is OUR goal.

For Corporate, Institutional (libraries, government, universities, etc.), Transit and Health Care Projects, all our products are guaranteed for a period of FULL FIVE YEARS-(5)1 against structural defects, under normal commercial use by the original purchaser. All upholstered materials (except C.O.M. fabrics or leather) are guaranteed for a FULL THREE YEARS-(3) of normal commercial use (single shift) or a prorated equivalent for multi-shift use.
